Application
Used in underground primary distribution networks in commercial or residential areas with very high load density. Suitable for industrial plants and buildings with substations located on multiple levels for primary electric power supply and distribution. Installation in ducts, cable trays, or via direct burial.
Construction:
Compacted or compressed soft copper conductor; conductor semi-conductive shield; TR-XLPE (tree-retardant) insulation; and insulation semi-conductive shield, applied via triple extrusion and dry-cured. Copper tape shield and PVC-SR jacket. Also manufactured with EPR insulation and copper wire shield.
Characteristics:
Maximum operating voltage: 15 kV and 35 kV.
Maximum normal operating temperature: 90°C. Emergency conditions: 130°C. Short-circuit conditions: 250°C.
Flame-retardant.
Sunlight-resistant.
Extra-clean, tree-retardant XLPE-TR insulation.
