DC Aluminium 1500 PV cable is suitable for all types of underground and open air solar installations. This cable is recommended for connections between string boxes and photovoltaic inverters in large scale rooftops or ground farms.

Conductor: Aluminium, class 2 based on EN 60228 and IEC 60228.
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) according to IEC 60502-1. Natural color.
Outer sheath: Special flexible UV resistant PVC, type ST2 according to IEC 60502-1. Black color.

Armor: Aluminum wire armor (AWA) is used for single-core cables to prevent stray currents that can cause overheating. Galvanized steel wire (SWA) is used for multi-core cables.
