Applications
LSTSGU/ LSTSGA high-temperature unarmored marine cable for essential applications that include power, lighting circuits, and control systems. They are watertight for mission-critical environments and are typically used in shipboard power, lighting or weapon control system interconnection. The cable has a thermoset system and a 1000 V voltage rating.

Operating temperature: -20°C to +105°C
Conductor: Nickel-coated copper three conductors with a class B or C stranding per ASTM B8. Nickel coating helps to enhance the corrosion-resistance properties of a cable.
Insulation: An extruded silicone rubber insulation with a glass braid covering. The insulation is flexible, hydrophobic, and has high tensile strength. It is resistant to ozone, UV, most industrial chemicals, and oils. The insulation is covered with a glass braid.
Jacket: Halogen-Free (LSZH) Cross-Linked Polyolefin (XLPO). It has excellent fire and UV resistance.
The LSTSGU and LSTSGA cables have the same construction, but the LSTSGA cable features overall braided aluminum armor.
